CREW Nova Scotia leadership team celebrates our successes of 2023 and welcome new and returning board members for 2024. Everything that CREW Nova Scotia brings to the local CRE community is due to the efforts of our Board of Directors and the committees and volunteers they oversee, and we can't thank all of our amazing volunteers enough.

Chapter President & President-Elect Training in Dallas, Texas
Our 2024 President Breanne Hay and President-Elect Breanna MacRury had the opportunity to attend CREW Network's inaugural Chapter President & President-Elect Training in Dallas last week.
The focus was on providing training to chapter leaders to build their leadership skills, create stronger chapters, and create a unified CREW experience.
RICHMOND YARDS TOUR
Thank you Danny Chedrawe, Michael Haddad and Kelly Gottschall for touring our CREW NS members through Richmond Yards. This is an incredible development well underway located at the corner of Almon and Robie Street in the North End of Halifax.
This mixed-use community will consist of 70K sf of retail and commercial, 80K sf of office space, and 700+ apartments units. It will also include green spaces, pedestrian walkways, bike lanes and two levels of underground parking spanning the four acre site, in addition to several other amenities. Well done Westwood Developments Ltd. for bringing such a development to our city.

Thank you Dalhousie Real Estate Association and Dalhousie Women in Business Association for allowing our CREW Nova Scotia members to introduce these engaged students to the many diverse opportunities in commercial real estate.
Our speakers Breanne Hay, Vishwa Bhayani, Darlene Bennett and Lisa Flux provided an overview on different careers in commercial real estate through their own experience and roles in the industry.
