Richmond Yards, located in the heart of the North End Halifax can be found standing tall on the corner of Robie and Almon Street. This transformative development being brought to life by Westwood Developments is the largest private, mixed use development in Nova Scotia. Inspired by the vibrant community in the North End and Central Halifax, this community will consist of 700+ apartments, 70,000 sq. ft. of prime retail and commercial space as well as 80,000 sq. ft. of perfectly positioned Class A office space overlooking Robie and Almon Street.  

A development of this scale requires significant community planning. Westwood Developments is transforming this four (4) acre site to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding community, all while staying true to its North End roots. This landmark development is well underway with Phase I complete, Phase II set for completion early 2024 and final phases to complete in 2025.
