Lacey’s brokerage group, a longstanding boutique retail team known by their tagline “Team Retail Atlantic”, have launched new brokerage Blueberry Commercial Real Estate Limited as of October 2022! Owned and operated by broker G. Mark Allen, the proudly independent but heavy hitting boutique brokerage operates out of their office in popular Sunnyside Mall in Bedford.
With a busy first few months already under their belt, Blueberry Commercial is growing quickly, having recently welcomed veteran and well-regarded Jim Pushie to the team, formerly Vice President of Leasing with Plaza REIT, as well as esteemed colleague Dylan Ryan, also formerly with Plaza REIT.
Nova Scotia CREW Member Lacey MacDonald is a Senior Associate within the group, specializing in retail leasing and sales. Lacey has held her license for close to 10 years and formerly worked with a large, condominium property management portfolio with over 4,000 units! Lacey moved into the brokerage side of the commercial/retail real estate industry several years ago and continues to expand her expertise and hone her skills in Landlord Listing and Tenant Representation in this fast-paced and ever-changing business.
